Europe: Stocks advance at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets climbed at the start of trading on Monday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.6 per cent at 7,144.59 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 index added 0.4 per cent to 11,497.98 points and the Paris CAC 40 also gained 0.4 per cent to 5,253.49, compared with Friday's closing levels.
