Europe: Stocks fall over 1% at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets dropped more than one per cent at the start of trading on Tuesday (Mar 15) following some sharp falls in Asia.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index shed 1.2 per cent to 7,106.86 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX index lost 1.3 per cent to 13,750.21 points and the Paris CAC 40 retreated 1.3 per cent to 6,286.60. AFP
