Europe: Stocks mainly rise at open

[LONDON] Europe's leading stock markets mostly climbed at the start of trading on Monday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index up 0.44 per cent to 7,100.68 points.
Frankfurt's DAX 30 index advanced 0.60 per cent to 11,881.25 points, while the CAC 40 in Paris dipped 0.05 per cent to 5,198.79 compared with Friday's close.
