EUROPEAN stock markets recovered slightly at the open on Wednesday (Jun 8) following overnight gains on Wall Street and Tokyo.
Frankfurt's DAX index grew 0.2 per cent to 14,579.08 points and the Paris CAC 40 edged up 0.1 per cent to 6,505.83.
Outside the eurozone, London's benchmark FTSE 100 index was steady at 7,601.16 points. AFP
