[LONDON] European stocks steadied at the start of trading on Monday (Mar 21) after last week's volatility on developments surrounding the Ukraine war and China's pledge to support troubled markets.
London's benchmark FTSE 100 index opened flat at 7,405.66 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX index dipped 0.1 per cent to 14,398.24 points and the Paris CAC 40 was little changed at 6,617.74. AFP
