European stock markets climb at open

[LONDON] Europe's main stock markets rose at the start of trading on Wednesday, with London's benchmark FTSE 100 index climbing 0.1 per cent to 7,624.80 points.
In the eurozone, Frankfurt's DAX 30 index won 0.2 per cent to 12,553.86 points and the CAC 40 in Paris gained 0.2 per cent to 5,495.95, compared with the closing levels on Tuesday.
