FOREIGN issuers are tapping the local debt market and the latest is Ford Motor Credit Company with its three-year Singapore dollar bond issue.
The US company's S$350 million bonds were priced on Thursday at 3.70 per cent, lower than the initial price guidance of 3.80 per cent following strong S$750 million demand.
