Hong Kong and Shanghai end higher as Asia rallies

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong and Shanghai stocks closed higher Monday as Asia mostly rallied amid hints from US central bank head Janet Yellen that a US interest rate hike could come soon.
The Hang Seng Index was up 0.26 per cent, or 52.62 points, to 20,629.39.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index edged up 0.05 per cent, or 1.40 points, to 2,822.45, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, fell 0.46 per cent, or 8.27 points, to 1,798.77.
