[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares opened marginally higher Thursday after the US Federal Reserve brought an end to its easy money policy and reasserted its commitment to keeping interest rates at record lows well into next year.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index edged up 21.87 points to 23,841.74.
