    HONG KONG shares fell on Wednesday (May 4), in line with a broad sell-off across Asia as traders prepare for an expected Federal Reserve interest rate hike later in the day.

    The Hang Seng Index fell 1.10 per cent, or 232.37 points, to 20,869.52.
