Hong Kong: Stocks close in positive territory

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks tracked most Asian markets and ended the week with a gain as traders welcomed a positive reading on Chinese trade.

The Hang Seng Index rose 0.06 per cent, or 17.40 points, to close at 28,476.43.

The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index added 0.13 per cent, or 4.42 points, to 3,390.52 and the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, rose 0.66 per cent, or 13.45 points, to 2,036.81.
