Hong Kong: Stocks down 1.57% at open
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares fell 1.57 per cent in the opening minutes Monday, after a weekend announcement that manufacturing activity slowed in mainland China in July.
The city's benchmark Hang Seng Index was down 386.54 points to 24,249.54.
