Hong Kong: Stocks extend losses at open
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks fell at the open on Friday, extending the previous day's losses, following a negative lead from Wall Street.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.81 per cent, or 224.48 points, to 27,565.98.
And the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index gave up 0.28 per cent, or 7.54 points, to 2,717.08, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, eased 0.21 per cent, or 3.05 points, to 1,460.64.
