Hong Kong: Stocks flat at lunch

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks headed into the break Tuesday barely moved as investors await the latest developments in the US-China trade talks, while Beijing unveiled huge tax cuts as it said it expects economic growth to slow in 2019.
The Hang Seng Index inched down 8.82 points to 28,950.77 by the break.
