[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares fell in the first few minutes of trade Thursday, following two straight days of losses, after Federal Reserve minutes showed policymakers were ready to lift US interest rates soon.
The Hang Seng Index eased 0.46 per cent, or 106.67 points, to 23,300.38.
In Shanghai, the benchmark composite index was flat, dipping 0.53 points to 3,057.97, while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, was also barely moved, easing 0.31 points to 2,046.81.
