Hong Kong: Stocks open 0.24% higher

    [HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose 0.24 per cent in early exchanges Tuesday following a healthy rally on Wall Street and a strong uptick in the price of oil.

    The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 57.75 points to 24,542.49.
