[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks rose 0.55 per cent in opening trade on Tuesday, lifted by gains on Wall Street after strong US housing data added to signs the world's top economy is strengthening.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index added 130.91 points to 23,945.56 in opening deals.
