Hong Kong: Stocks open flat
[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks were flat in early trading on Thursday, supported by late gains on Wall Street even as China lowered its yuan rate for a third day.
The benchmark Hang Seng Index lost 19.46 points to 23,935.48 in opening deals.
