Hong Kong: Stocks open on positive note

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares started Monday (Jan 31) with small gains in thin trade as investors prepare for a 3-day Chinese New Year break.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.31 per cent or 74.06 points to 23,624.14.
