Hong Kong: Stocks open slightly higher

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares rose in early trade on Monday after the FBI said Hillary Clinton would not face charges over her use of a private email server, easing worries over her presidential bid this week.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.19 per cent, or 42.75 points, to 22,685.37.
But the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index was flat, inching down 0.43 points to 3,124.89 while the Shenzhen Composite Index, which tracks stocks on China's second exchange, was also marginally lower, dipping 0.19 points to 2,066.96.
