Hong Kong: Stocks rally at open on Monday

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks surged at the open of trade Monday, extending their rally at the end of last week, with energy firms and technology companies leading the way.
The Hang Seng Index added 0.82 per cent, or 249.73 points, to 30,530.40.
Mainland Chinese markets are closed for a public holiday.
