Hong Kong: Stocks start lower

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong stocks kicked off Monday with losses as traders worried about a lack of progress on a new, much-needed US stimulus package.
The Hang Seng Index eased 0.63 per cent, or 154.80 points, to 24,376.82.
The benchmark Shanghai Composite Index slipped 0.37 per cent, or 12.51 points, to 3,341.53, while the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange fell 0.44 per cent, or 10 points, to 2,262.66.
