Hong Kong: Stocks suffer another hefty loss

[HONG KONG] Hong Kong shares ended a painful week with another big loss on Friday (Jan 28), as traders grow increasingly worried about the Federal Reserve's more hawkish tilt to fight inflation.
The Hang Seng Index sank 1.08 per cent, or 256.92 points, to 23,550.08.
The Shanghai Composite Index shed 0.97 per cent, or 32.81 points, to 3,361.44, while the Shenzhen Composite Index on China's second exchange hardly moved, inching down 0.04 points to 2,262.37. AFP
