Hot Stock: OSIM shares jump to S$1.39, Ron Sim's final ex-dividend offer price
SHARES of lifestyle products group OSIM International opened two cents higher at S$1.39 on Monday morning, with about 3.1 million shares having changed hands as at around 9.45am.
This was after Credit Suisse, which is acting for OSIM founder Ron Sim in his bid to privatise the company, said late on Friday night last week that Mr Sim's final ex-dividend offer price was S$1.39 per share.
All shareholders who have tendered will get a total of S$1.41, which is the S$1.39 plus a two-cent dividend.
Mr Sim announced his privatisation bid in early March.
