Hot Stock: Vallianz, Ezra gain on contracts talks, deals
TWO offshore marine counters rose on Thursday following news of contracts ahead.
Ezra Holdings on Thursday said it has won US$55 million worth of new contracts through its subsea services division. The stock gained 1.5 Singapore cents to trade at 49 Singapore cents.
Vallianz Holdings is in talks to secure "a few" more contracts that could be worth more than US$100 million each from its main customer, it said on Wednesday. Shares of Vallianz were up 0.3 Singapore cent to 7.8 Singapore cents before it halted trading of its stock at 9.05am.
