Indonesia: Stocks fall to lowest since July on US policy uncertainty

    [JAKARTA] Indonesia's main stock index fell as much as 2.2 per cent on Monday to its lowest since July 18 as uncertainties about US economic policies under President-elect Donald Trump escalated.

    The index lost 4 per cent on Friday as foreign investors posted net sales of 2.5 trillion rupiah (S$265.2 million) for the day.
