MALAYSIAN stocks closed lower on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down 3.34 points to 1,740.65.
Volume was 2.62 billion shares worth RM2.24 billion.
Losers and gainers stood at 438 each.
