Malaysia: Shares close flat on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed flat on Monday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index down just 0.23 point to 1,583.91.

Volume was 1.9 billion lots worth RM1.5 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 556 to 298.
