Malaysia: Shares close higher on Friday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday (Nov 4), with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 17.9 points to 1,438.28.

    Volume was 2.386 billion lots worth RM1.719 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 588 to 269.
