    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Monday (Sep 12) with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.43 points to 1,497.96.

    Volume was 2.628 billion lots worth RM1.546 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 445 to 348.
