Malaysia: Shares close higher on Monday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Monday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.830 points to 1,761.990.
Volume was 1.668 billion lots worth RM1.678 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 516 to 314.
