Malaysia: Shares close higher on Friday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 11.87 points to 1,520.58.

Volume was 3.982 billion lots worth RM2.862 billion.

Gainers doubled losers 658 to 326.
