    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Friday (Mar 18) with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.38 point to 1,591.26.

    Volume was 3.329 billion lots worth RM5.709 billion.

    Losers narrowly outnumbered gainers 468 to 424.
