MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 10.32 points to 1,539.34.

Volume was 4.742 billion lots worth RM3.539 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 624 to 419.
