Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.09 points or 0.07 per cent to 1,598.97.

    Volume was 2.7 billion lots worth about RM2.11 billion. Winners outnumbered losers 482 to 428.
