Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.66 points to 1,578.33.
Volume was 6.245 billion lots worth RM4.461 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 772 to 369.
