Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA shares closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 1.78 points to 1,574.02.
Volume was 5.903 billion lots worth RM3.075 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers by 528 to 481.
