MALAYSIA shares closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.98 points to 1494.86.
Volume was 2.629 billion lots worth RM1.85 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers by 491 to 386.
