Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 0.83 points to 1,547.65.
Volume was 3.668 billion lots worth RM2.711 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 580 to 398.
