Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 6.85 points to 1,515.76.
Volume was 2.362 billion lots worth RM1.845 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 618 to 254.
