Malaysia: Shares close higher on Wednesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Wednesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 15.05 points to 1,639.83.
Volume was 11.007 billion lots worth RM7.197 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 850 to 358.
