Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.77 points to 1,457.50.
Volume was 6.905 billion lots worth RM5.398 billion.
Losers outnumbered gainers 593 to 395.
