Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 5.01 points to 1820.87.

    Volume was 1.89 billion lots worth RM2.03 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 503 to 347.
