    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 11.280 points to 1643.750.

    Volume was 1.092 billion lots worth RM1.568 billion.

    Gainers outnumbered losers 390 to 313.
