    MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 13.72 points to 1,472.77.

    Volume was 2.476 billion lots worth RM1.840 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers 556 to 392.
