Malaysia: Shares close higher on Thursday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Thursday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 15.98 points to 1,552.77.
Volume was 3.1 billion lots worth RM2.5 billion.
Gainers outnumbered losers 673 to 292.
