Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

    MALAYSIAN stocks closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.81 points to 1,864.03.

    Volume was 2.29 billion shares worth RM2.08 billion.

    Losers outnumbered gainers by 511 to 402.
