MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 15.63 points to 1,371.66.

Volume was 4.748 billion lots worth RM2.068 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 706 to 203.
