MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 2.04 points to 1,372.20.

Volume was 4.996 billion lots worth RM2.486 billion.

Losers outnumbered gainers 548 to 305.
