Malaysia: Shares close higher on Tuesday

MALAYSIA share prices closed higher on Tuesday, with the FTSE Bursa Malaysia Kuala Lumpur Composite Index up 6.77 points to 1,525.20.

Volume was 5.963 billion lots worth RM3.887 billion.

Gainers outnumbered losers 477 to 460.
